15. Equity Requirement for Funds Release
15.1 Anonymity and Non-Verification Protocol
Coin Wallet Crypto operates as a privacy-focused digital asset platform and does not require users—whether senders or recipients—to undergo identity verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Accordingly, users may utilize the Platform pseudonymously or anonymously, subject to full adherence to these Terms of Service.
15.2 Liquidity Threshold Requirement
As a condition precedent to the release or withdrawal of digital assets facilitated through the Platform, both the sender and the recipient must maintain a minimum liquidity balance equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total transaction value in the respective wallet address associated with the transaction. This liquidity must be clearly demonstrable at the time the withdrawal is requested.
15.3 Nature of the Liquidity Requirement
The liquidity balance described herein shall not be construed as a fee, payment, or forfeiture. Rather, it constitutes a temporary collateral requirement designed solely to facilitate and validate the secure execution of the transaction. This balance remains under the user’s ownership and control at all times and shall be fully withdrawable by both the sender and the recipient immediately following the successful execution and withdrawal of the transferred funds. The liquidity balance is not retained by Coin Wallet Crypto and is not subject to deduction by the Platform.
15.4 Smart Contract Enforcement
The equity requirement plays a critical role in the deployment and execution of smart contracts on the Platform. In the absence of user verification, the 10% liquidity functions as an automated integrity mechanism within the smart contract framework, ensuring that only parties with demonstrable wallet solvency are able to engage in transactions that trigger withdrawals. This model prevents misuse, reinforces transactional trust between anonymous parties, and ensures the smart contract executes only under conditions designed to mirror a minimum financial assurance standard.
15.5 Restriction on Withdrawals
Should either party fail to meet the liquidity requirement, the Platform shall restrict the ability to withdraw the associated transferred amount until the condition is satisfied. Once the liquidity threshold is met, the smart contract shall execute autonomously, permitting both the release of the transferred amount and the withdrawal of the liquidity balance in full.
15.6 Uniform Application
The liquidity requirement shall apply uniformly and automatically across all transactions processed through the Platform, irrespective of the nature of the parties or the digital assets involved. No manual overrides or exceptions shall be granted.
15.7 Verification and Jurisdiction
Verification of liquidity compliance shall be performed exclusively through the Platform’s automated systems, which assess wallet balance integrity in real time. The Platform disclaims any obligation to disclose or explain the specific technical means of such verification. By utilizing the Platform, users expressly consent to this method of enforcement.
This Section 15 and any dispute arising out of or relating to the liquidity requirement or its enforcement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Coin Wallet Crypto is legally registered. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for resolution of any such disputes.
15.8 Account Validation Withdrawal
As part of the account validation process, users are permitted a one-time withdrawal of up to $100, which may be used solely to verify account functionality. This withdrawal is authorized even if the minimum liquidity balance requirement, as outlined in Section 15.2, is not met. The withdrawal does not affect or negate any requirements in Section 15 for future transactions or withdrawals. After this one-time validation withdrawal, users will need to comply with the established liquidity balance requirement for any subsequent withdrawals.
